Mama Bear & Infant Care, LLC Class Policies:
Evening group classes are held from 6:30 to 9pm. Full-day group classes are held from 9:30am to 3:30pm with a lunch break from 12-1pm.
One partner/labor support person is included in each registration at no additional fee.
Group classes are held in the Healthcare For Women Office at Virginia Hospital Center (1625 N. George Mason Drive, Suite 474, Arlington, VA 22205). Follow signs to the ZONE A BLUE PARKING garage next to the main hospital entrance (1625). You will then take two sets of elevators: the garage elevators to the main lobby and the main elevators to the fourth floor. Please follow the signs to Suite 474.
Important Notice: The parking garage is managed by the hospital, thus I am unable to validate parking. The hospital charges $5 per day for parking. Please allow enough time to find parking to avoid being late to class.
Private classes occur in the privacy of your own home. I will bring everything needed for class. It is helpful, though not required, if you have a TV that I can connect my presentation to (otherwise, I will use my laptop).
Payment is due upon registration for both private and group classes and is non-refundable, except for medical conditions with a provider's note, since I am keeping the time available for you. A receipt of services will be provided to you upon completion of the series, which may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
You may reschedule your class one time, if needed, at least 7 days before the start of your class series.
If you register within 7 days of your class date, rescheduling may not be permitted.
Mama Bear & Infant Care, LLC reserves the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Under these circumstances, if you are unable to reschedule the class or the class is no longer available, refunds can be arranged by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can cancel your registration up to 7 days prior to class start date. Class refunds offered for medical conditions only. Requests for a refund must be accompanied by a provider's note and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please allow 2 weeks for a refund to be processed. Refund requests received after the class has started will not be honored. Refund requests should be sent to email@example.com.
